Refund Policy

Lift Up Sports Foundation

This Refund Policy applies to all programs, coaching sessions, events, and tournaments offered by Lift Up Sports Foundation. By registering or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • All fees paid to Lift Up Sports Foundation are non-refundable, except in specific situations mentioned in this policy.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

2. Coaching Programs

  • Once a participant has enrolled and started attending sessions, no refund will be provided.

  • If a participant withdraws before the program begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

  • Missed classes due to personal reasons (absence, illness, travel, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Tournament & Event Registration

  • Tournament or match registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.

  • If a team or participant withdraws after confirmation, no refund will be issued.

  • In case of event cancellation by LUSF, a full or partial refund may be provided or adjusted for future events.

4. Cancellation by Organization

Lift Up Sports Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs/events due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Low participation

  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • Fees may be adjusted to future programs, OR

  • A partial/full refund may be issued at the organization’s discretion

5. Medical Exceptions

  • In case of serious injury or medical conditions, refund requests may be considered only with valid medical proof.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be partial and subject to management decision.

6. Payment Errors

  • If a duplicate or incorrect payment is made, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

8. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a registered program, match, or session will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
